We reserve the right to share emails between connected users on the platform. The connection between users is defined by their relationships on the website. Memberships, payment, dispute, messages, comments make relationships between users and give them a limited ability to share emails within the platform. Members agree to share their emails with connected users. All users agree to share their email with us.
SECTION 8 – SHARING ADDRESSES INTERNALLY
Ricardo´s Time can access Member personal address information only if the Member agreed to share their personal address. The address information can only be used in order to deliver physical products (gifts) and cannot be shared with anyone else even if the user gave a personal agreement on this.
SECTION 9 – SHARING NAMES INTERNALLY
Ricardo´s Time is able to see the Member’s real name if the Member didn’t set their nickname. Nickname can be set in the Account Settings or upon registration.
SECTION 10 – SHARING REPORTS
Ricardo´s Time can’t share any reports provided by the Service unless given a written agreement. Reports may contain sensitive business information.
SECTION 11 – CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.
